Although cannabis extract and CBD products are safe to consume, there may be minor temporary side-effects caused due to consuming more than the required dose. These are :-

The side effects are likely temporary and will wear off in a few hours at most. Having a meal and hydrating yourself helps regulate the side effects.

The amount of CBD oil one should consume depends on various factors such as body weight , condition type and tolerance to CBD/Cannabis products. For this reason , the dosage is quite subjective. It is recommended to always start with a low dose of 2 - 3 drops per day and then to gradually increase the dosage till you find your sweet spot.
