We aim to de-stigmatize the use of hemp-based products and introduce to people its many unexplored benefits, and www.wholeleaf.in (“Site”, “Website” or “Platform”) is a platform to make the aforementioned products available (“Services” or “Products”) to users (“User”, “you” or “your”) of this Site.

Severability
Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as, or constitute, a continuing waiver of such provision, or a waiver of any other breach of or failure to comply with any other provision of this Agreement, unless any such waiver has been consented to by us in writing.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable of performance of any service or obligation under the terms of this Agreement is prevented, restricted, delayed or interfered with, by reason of labor disputes, strikes, lock outs, acts of God, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery, shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, utility or communication failures, embargo or any law, order, proclamation, regulation, ordinance, demand or requirement having legal effect of any government or any judicial authority or representative of any such government, or any other act whatsoever, which are beyond the reasonable control of Whole Leaf Organics Pvt. Ltd. or its third party affiliates, and could not have been prevented by reasonable precautions.

We shall not be liable of performance of any service or obligation under the terms of this Agreement is prevented, restricted, delayed or interfered with, by reason of labor disputes, strikes, lock outs, acts of God, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery, shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, utility or communication failures, embargo or any law, order, proclamation, regulation, ordinance, demand or requirement having legal effect of any government or any judicial authority or representative of any such government, or any other act whatsoever, which are beyond the reasonable control of Whole Leaf Organics Pvt. Ltd. or its third party affiliates, and could not have been prevented by reasonable precautions.
Grievance Officer
